Mamma Mia! The Party
- Animation
Mamma Mia! The Party is an immersive theatrical dining experience from executive producer Björn Ulvaeus of ABBA, hosted at a bespoke venue at the O2 Arena in Greenwich.
Mamma Mia! The Party recreates the Greek island of Skopelos, inviting guests to enjoy a spectacular show, gourmet Mediterranean cuisine and an ABBA-themed disco – all in one unforgettable experience.
My Involvement
I undertook work on Mamma Mia! The Party for the Video Designer, Akhila Krishnan.
I created looping visuals to appear on the large LED wall during the disco portion of the night.

“….this production simply raises the bar for all other immersive dining experiences. The attention to detail is meticulous, from the table settings to the clouds of bougainvillea hanging from every wall…”
The Stage
“Not so much a show as an interactive 3D experience, complete with a full three-course meal, freely-flowing alcohol…all-singing and dancing…
The amazing design…is like a giant Las Vegas-style installation, creating a performance space in, around and above us, that’s truly spectacular.”
London Theatre Reviews
“It’s an ambitious concept, created by ABBA’s Björn Ulvaeus, combining a four-course meal, booze and a full cast of actors, dancers and singers in amongst the punters, but it’s pulled off delightfully.”
